Old Push Boat

This old push boat was used to push barges loaded with concrete pilings down the Tchefuncte River to build the causeway from Madisonville to New Orleans.

Old Pearl River Bridge

Pearl River bridge on the Louisiana side on Hwy 90 is a drive down memory lane. This was the only way to New Orleans before the I-10 Interstate was built.
